I chew through these things like they are tooth picks it seems ;D It's more a case of building for spec than losses although losses do take their toll. I'd figure a good 12 to nearly 18 lost each year with maybe 3 to 6 being found during the spring with the field point wielded on by rust They should make brass points instead so this is not an issue

i said 36-48 but I forgot about the recurves and longbow. I bet over 60 without a problem.

The indoor 3D through the winter months seems to chew through it's fair share. Those little gopher targets at 25 yards right next to the side concrete wall seem to generate good arrow sales revenue for the range owner.

Never count them but I know I lost or broke, Or stompped on bye Horses at least 6-9 arrows shootin Gophers and Grouse this spring and fall ;D

;DIf I aim where I am supposed to ;D I can keep 6 per year,,add a few beers while practicng,,and forget the deers vitals,, I am gonna shoot at the eye..3 out of 5 in the eyes,,2out through the metal storage building,,do I trust them to shoot again no..aint gonna chance it.qhat is America coming too.... Well with me and my 3-D i lose about 12-20 arrows a year........ By new arrows or this will happen!!!

Hey Frostbite, is there a link I could go to to get those pics? They would be good for teaching aids in my classes - saving a $6 - $10 shaft because you THINK it may still work is not worth the price if it doesn't. I teach Hunter Ed classes here in Az a few times a year plus help with Instructor Training.
