The traditional string lube is a paste that comes in a canister tin....like pellets. I am sending a target release lube (use only on the tip of the point) and string cleaner as well.

This scorpion venom string maintenance product is great to say the least. BT was kind enough to send me a tube of the cleaner and wax to check out & review.
I checked my fps before using the product and again after. (5 shots before and after) I actually did gain about 3 fps (average)after using the SV products.
The cleaner is awesome. I maintain my string very well...and THOUGHT it was clean until I tried the SV string cleaner. I applied it liberally to the string and left it soak in well.
When I wiped the string with the cloth, it was AMAZING how much old wax and dirt had been released from the string. I released pressure on the string and applied more cleaner, then wiped again. AMAZING! I left it dry for about 2 hours to get ready for the string wax.
I found the wax to be VERY slick, and absorbs into the string well without much effort on my part. After applying the wax to the taut string, I again released the tension and checked to find that the wax had penetrated to the center of my string without hard rubbing.
The leather applicator works fine, but I just used my fingers to apply the wax and found even with moderate pressure, the wax absorbed into the string very well.
I have WC strings which have been on my bow for two seasons, and they still look very good...and even better with the Scorpion Venom" products applied. I don't think I will be "going back" to any other cleaner and wax in the near future!

Glad to hear you liked it lockmaster.....I didnt think there was much chance of it disappointing anyone. It's the first maintenance products that I am anxious to use and therefore will not forget to use
