I am feeling myself shake at full draw, Do I keep working with this bow and build up my upper body strength, or go to a less weight bow?

When do you start shaking? is it after you reach full draw or on the way to full draw. If you can draw back and anchor smoothly but start shaking there...stick with it and you will work through it. On the other hand...if you start shaking before you get to full draw you may have issues. Remember , you are not used to holding or pulling through this much weight. It is totally different from a compound.

It is at full draw, thats why I asked, I think because I haven't shot a bow in 8 years, that I need to build up those muscles over again.

Keep with it...you'll get there....you may also want to try a device such as Archery Fit....you can use just watchin TV to help build your muscle strength up....will work the same muscles you use when pulling your bow.

The therabands are available in various levels of resistance. I noticed a couple of the local olympic style archers use them to warm up prior to shooting. It is a good idea that I should incorporate as well.
I would suggest having a lower weight bow in addition to you current bow (5-10 # less). I would start and finish your shooting sessions with the lighter bow, and use the heavier one in the middle for only as many shots as you can while maitaining good form. As soon as your form with the heavier bow starts to slip, go back to the lighter bow. Keep track of the number of shots you are able to take in each session with the heavier bow and make it a goal to try to increase that # by 1 or 2 shots with each subsequent shooting session.
