With the addition of the Roller guard on the 2010 Hoyt bows ... do you think they will make one available for older Hoyt bows?

As Spiker said no need for upgrades. For the added $$$ they want for the MAXXIS I will keep my A-Max 32. You only get 2 fps faster with the MAXXIS compared to the A-Max32. Mathews bows which have the roller guards on them are this year going away from them on some of there bows. They purchased the patent rights years ago and need to get their money recouped before changing their design. Mathews has a great marketing department and just as other bow manufactures are going to roller gaurds they are going away from them on some of their bows.

Okay, got a question here. This may have been covered somewhere before but I can't recall off the top of my head. I'm looking to drop the letoff for my bow to 65% and I'm not sure if I need a mod or not. Here are two pictures of my Cam ... I'd appreciate any assistance I could get.

That bow is missing the little draw stop that gets screwed into one of those two holes that say 65% 75%. Obviously, if you are in the 65%...well, you get the idea. You will find that the wall is a little more solid with the draw stop in place as well.

Nice! Thanks Spiker ... I was wondering why the threaded holes were ... well empty. I guess that's why. LOL I'll see what I can come up with.

It's a tiny little screw post wrapped in rubber, you should be able to order one at any shop.

Omegabuck, Once you add that draw stop you will notice a solid backwall too. Something else to be aware of is depending upon what hole you use you could shortern or lengthen you draw length slightly. Small things to think about.

Yeah, I tried that too in the beginning, but it didn't work out. I put the stop back in, and it's way better.
