Just replace one at a time. Then, max out the poundage to see if you are at 70 - 72. I like mine at 71.
If the poundage is way high, untwist each equally. If it is low, twist them equally.
I bet that once you have them on, your specs will be close. Just revisit the Javi thread if you get stuck.

There must be a "best" sequence

Press the bow, and put both cables. and string on. The sequence starts once you check your specs...poundage, ATA, brace, tiller. Those factors will dictate where to start. Once again, the Javi thread is the ultimate in Hoyt tuning.
