Took me awhile but I got it! It's a shame it cost over 200 bucks and we would have done them ourselves but he had shot off one of the eye gaurds. Wijll do them myslf next time I can do just as good a job for alot less. What does it cost for a whole head mount these days??? Sounds like a good hobby to get into and would love to start doing them

$450 is the average for a full head mount in this area. That is an impressive set of horns

Well thats a hard question to answer because you learn new stuff every deer head you do and every year you do it.Im still learning stuff as i go but i would say about two years to produce fair pieces that i felt comfortable enough to start doing work on other peoples trophys. Hope that made since.

Nice looking rack 200.00 is steep but I don't know what the repair entails.

My archery buck from this fall cost me $480. A European mout done with beatles from my taxidermist cost $275. That would have been a full shoulder mount in a heartbeat here!!!!

The average on a full shoulder mount around here is now averaging $480 and more are higher than that. A beetle cleaned Euro runs about $150. That is a great looking set of bone there; I would have most likely done a full head mount of that one.
