Traditional bows are either made for fast flight material or they are not

If you are unsure as to what your bow is designed for then use Dacron strings until you find out.

The use of fast flight on a bow that is not built to withstand the added shock can can unrepairable damage and or injury to the shooter.

So word to the wise

Make sure you check the tips...No overlays....No Fast Flight......BUT....Overlays don't necessarily mean it will handle Fast Flight (Dynaflight 97, and other names), depending on what the overlays are made of....if you are unsure, check with the manufacturer,or as BT said....use Dacron (B-50)
