It is kinda funny the more you made me think about all of this the more feelings and thoughts I am having. Maybe I'll pick it back up. ;D I know just what your saying Skipmaster (Greg Krause) actually had ore to do with me moving more solidly toward the stick than anything before him. I showed Greg how to shoot accurately and consistently with the recurve a few months before the deer season a couple years ago. That year he took a huge buck on his first time out He had been filming himself at the time and what transpired before, during and after that shot was inspiring to say the least. I dont have a copy but if I did...I would use it to start out any traditional DVD which is meant to inspire the stick shooter I have never seen such emotion (the whole gambit) in any situation...be it based on life or death. Greg filmed me later that year and to watch my own emotional reaction to the moment of truth was similarly inspireing.....as well as being far more comical. ;D I'll tell ya' one thing that is the ultimate truth for myself and that is this..... It is not the meat that I am hunting for but rather the thrill of the hunt. I will never experience that level of excitement or rush of adrenaline from a compound.....no matter how much I do love those wheeled contraptions
