Has anyone used any of the King Series broadhead targets. I have a Yellow Jacket and its all over my lawn I am look- ing at the compound king. They do a comparison on youtube and I was impressed.

I have the Crossbow King target and it works well for me. I probably have a about 150 shots into it and it still stops the arrow out of my Excalibur Exocet without coming out the back. I have been shooting a 424g arrow with a Slick Trick mag on it. It can be hard getting the arrows out of it, especially when it is new, so I would recommend that you pick up an arrow puller.
IMO it is a good target for the price. Keep in mind that I don't shoot broad heads all the time. I just finalize my setup before the season with it. The way I use it it will last many more years.

oldfarmsblueman, I had teh same issue with the yellowjacket. That thing came to pieces in no time. I just got a Mckenzie Shotblocker. Let you know if I have any luck with that.

I just read the comments that Cabala's has.The target says NO field points. But some people say they can't get them out .They make one for FP's and broadheads. One for X-bows and one for broadheads only. The thing I will never understand is one person loves it and say the arrows come right out and the next guy has to hook his arrows to a truck to get them out.

OFB...go to Home Depot, and get some "Great Stuff". Tie cord around that Yellow Jacket, and shoot the expanding foam into all the crevices. It will last a little longer while you are looking for a new one. Personally, I love the Rinehart 18-1. They have a 1 year guarantee on it. I've had them replaced with zero problems. Then, I "Great Stuff" the old target because they usually don't want the target, just the red tag for warranty. Trust me, there is no other target out there that will last a year in my yard. At least you can get two years out of the Rinehart. If you just use fps...and they come out with zero effort...or just two blade broadheads, you'll get even more use out of it.

I shot a field point into mine and I had a helluva time getting it out, but I did get it out. I knew that it was a broadhead only target only but I just had to try it anyway I won't be in a hurry to do it again. I have also shot it with Slick Trick Magnums and Spitfire broadheads with the practice blades. The ST's were the easiest to pull, the Spitfires came out harder. For the Spitfires I had to kneel on the target to get them out. Bob

I picked up the compound king from the co. in In. American Whitetail,Inc. Its 16x16 x18.So far I love the way the arrows come out.The only problem I see so far is it is so lite that you need to hold it with one hand or put a knee in it when you remove your arrow.I wounder if the target that is sold else where is the exact same set up as the ones you get from the maker .I know someone who got a larger one at Cabela's and has a hard time pulling arrows????I think of Sears that sells all kinds of things under there name that aren't as good as the ones the co.sell with there name on it.JMO

this is the same target as their cube target broadheads only field points weld to the rubber and you need a crane to get them out.. i've had one for 6 years and still going strong i use bag target for field points but i agree with spiker the 18-1 is about the only target i know that works for field points and broadheads...
