For a while now i have been taking the turkey breast from birds i shot and cooking it in a super easy way that tastes great.
1- Clean the breast and trim fat 2- Marinate in a ziplock bag with italian dressing. Longer is better but last night I did it for only 15minutes and it was great 3- Take some tin foil and fold up the edges to make a "pan" 4- Place tinfoil on grill and add turkey. Keep moist with more dressing if needed 5- Flip once half way through cooking. Do not over cook. It won't take long until the meat is soft and white.
Thats it, really simple and really good. everybody last night raved about it

Good recipe... that is how I cook chicken as well and it turns out wonderfully.
