Has anyone seen or heard of one of these? I like it, but have a few concerns.... 1. I dont like how the arrow is aimed up when in the rest.... 2. Watch the video and look at it vibrate when it drops. I think it might have a little noise about it.... Still a good video to see a bow shot in slow motion... Shure drop Arrow Rest<-----click here

I looked at it and it looks simple and it seems to work well. I'd actally be interested in seeing one in person, maybe even trying one on one of my bows. You mentioned the rest vibrating when it falls, that seems normal............just look at the sight in the video. The thing just about twists inself into a pretzle.

I noticed that, but I was concerned with the rest buzzing or clinking when it "dropped" out of the way. I guess the only way to know for sure would be to actually use one. I may bid on one and see if I can win.

Looked at it in a magazine. I am unsure after recent tuning thrills(actually RE-tuning thrills) with my dropaway. Good luck with it...maybe that rest is good, and only guys trying will we know for sure!

It sure drops alright!...the arrow anyway Did anyone see that arrow drop from above the plunger hole to below it before the arrow was 1/2 way off the rest It looks pretty cheesy to me. It looks like it is made to grab the arrow in order to lift Whats that gonna sound like when your drawing back on that buck of a life time I do like the idea but it has aways to go IMO Of course...I could be totally wrong

BT I have a question about that supposed drop. If you watch it again I think what you are seeing is the flex in the aluminum arrow. I think this because it looks like (but is very hard to tell) the tip and the knock are in line and you see the arrow flex up first and then down as you say. Take another look and see what you think. But I would have to agree with you as to what that thing is going to sound like on the draw with the arrow scraping across it.
