Tried your Lightning Nock G??

Hey Dorge...the installation instructions/manual at the bottom of your post were no where in the product package. It simply said, "shoot the installed Lightning nock G with a bow...". I believe if I would have had the instructions there would have been no problems. I am thinking it is a good product, but why leave things to chance and have customers take a guess? Battery is bent at this point from slamming against the insert. Hope this doesn't sound like a slam of your product...not intended to be. Just stating my experience.

I must not have stuff the installation manual in the package. I usually stuff it between the catalog that I send with the product. If there is none! My fault, I apologize! Just way too many package over the memorial week end. I got busy after all. LOL As for the manual, it is a 8.5X11 white photo copy page. To make the clamshell small for retail and cut cost. That part have to be gone. It is no way I can put all that on a 2.66 X 3.75 package for retail. Lightning Nock is a budget item of Firenock brand. If I can use the same package as single firenock, due to higher price $19.95 each, you bet I can use that 5X7 clam shell and have all inside no doubt. If you prefer, i can send you a replacement battery as you do not get the manual, thus cause the battery to deform!

By the way, did you get the 3X10 firenock bumper sticker? I am not sure I stuff it in all the packages.

Hey Dorge, no the installation instructions were not included...just looked at the package again. No bumper sticker either. I understand getting busy. Thanks for the offer. I'll pm you my address and I'll give it another try now that I know how it is to be done.
