Fox? Come on man, let's see the pics, and hear the stories...you've been slaying, and we haven't gotten to live vicariously through you this year... I'll update my journal as soon! I promise

Nice doe there Greg.. Is it "just me" or does that "face" have a striking resemblance to "Lamb Chops"? LOL. ;D I am afraid most folks won't get the reference, however. We're aging ourselves. LMFAOROTF!!! I was going to ask which one...skip, or the doe? .... ;D

I'm finally thinking about trying these. I just about lost another arrow the other day when my it snaked under some brohm after passing through a doe. I just don't understand it. I put the brightest feathers I can find on it with reflective wraps, I consciously think and reference my shot against a landmark and where I think the arrow will pass thru at and land, and STILL I end up looking a half hour for it. ;D It is never where you think it is going to be when it goes under grass. Somewhere all my lost arrows and my lost left socks are having a party somewhere. I only hope we meet up in the afterlife. Has anyone had any experience with the G5 G-Force blue lighted nocks? I think they are made by Firenock, but I just wanted to make sure they are before I try them. If they aren't I'll just order the regular Firenocks.

I'm pretty sure the G5 nocks are made by G5, and the Firenocks are made by Firenock. Two different brands...

Well, you are wrong my friend. G5's X nock is made by Firenock international (in Hong Kong/China) for G5 base on Firenock LLC's lightning Nock spec with Firenock 2009's Blue LED and Blue Firenock "A" nock. As for the "S" nock, it is a non-license copy of Firenock's "S" nock. If you looked at cabala's catalog, you would know it is a last minute change for their original design. The new one uses Firenock's clip and lock design, and our transverse wall LED hugging design. We shall see what happen after our patent is published. The Lightning nock "A" is still a very solid design, but we at Firenock believe that Axis arrow user wanted the best, that is why we offer "A" size lighted nock in Firenock brands only. Those USA made 24K gold connector, USA made motorola chip sets, USA made acceleration have performance that speak for itself. For those who wanted the best, Firenock GA it is! 10,000,00 mean time between failure switch is not going to come cheap. That is also why we do not offer any warranty for our Lightning nock brand lighted nock as it used the chinese acceleration switch (Firenock LLC only offer Lightning Nock in size "S" and it retail for $12.95 each! A side note. Firenock "A" size is extremely tight as the axis arrow is only 0.202 to 0.204" so make sure you put some bow wax on the nock neck before you insert it into the arrow. Without that water seal, when moisture gets into the nock, the connector side may contact with the side wall and cause short circuit which will drain out the battery. With over a few hours soak in water, the electronic system will be damaged. When moisture is an issue; pull out the nock, remove the battery and let it air dry; it will work as before. If you insist on a blue nock/Blue LED on a "A" size nock as of now and want to save $2.00 each, I guess you need to get the G5 X. To know more about Firenock and Lightning Nock difference the following URL will show you. www.firenock.com/faqs.htm#19_1The picture below is Firenock GAH and G5 X nock.

Thanks Firenock. I want the standard and not the lightening I believe, so if I read correctly, I really don't want the G5 if I want the "real thing". Is this correct? Also, I shoot Super Carbon arrows (no longer made) and they are not listed on your site, but I think I would need the GS nock.?.? I don't really care what color they are; red works just fine for me.

G5 make and design/copy their own "S" model nock. From the limited research I have, they are about 10 grains heavier and 1 out of 4 is not working well. Please confirm with others on reliability for I do not believe I have enough data to absolutely confirm the ratio of failure. But I know that so far at this point, this year we at Firenock have 48 nocks that send back and 21 of them is user error!! 25 is abuse! and 2 is manufacturing error. I take QC very serious, that 100% QC is no joke. And with close to 21,000 nocks sold, that is not a bad ratio. I do however give everyone a new nock as they are within 30 day NO QUESTION ASKED warranty. After 30 days, one can always use our refresh policy. As for your question on which nock, as long as it fit any nock like the Gold tip, easton super nock, or bohning nock. Firenock GS will fit it.

.you are claiming that it is a copyright infringement... You are not wrong if you are only talking about the "S" nock, but if you're talking about the "X" nock. Then you are definitely wrong. Not copywriter infringement, but US utility patent infringement. Firenock has the design patent already, as US utility patent takes much longer. The link you have did not showing the new nock. the G5 S nock picture below is what they are selling at cabelas now. Notice the clip and lock nock and how the nock hugs the LED. You also would notice the use of the O-ring on the grove.
