Arwin....I am glad that yo posted your shooting form here somewhere (I think it was this thread) because I never forgot it and would occasionally throw the bow sideways and wing a few arrows. I admit that it has always felt better but I just wasn't comfortable with it...enough to thinking about trying it seriously. Anyway...I have gotten used to it and just came in from an hour or so of shooting nothing but canted and I am really dialed in today I cant get all bent over like you ;D...but I do like it and I'm gonna give this a serious go this month. Thanks for that post

Glad that helped bro!! I think canting opens up the sight window a bit more and gives you a clearer picture. In my own experience, holding the bow verticle like a compound tends to throw arrows to the left if you shoot right handed and obstructs your dominate eye. I also think the arrow flight is better when your shelf is closer to a "V" rather than an "L". I guess something to add is placing the grip pressure on the meat of your thumb rather than trying to grip the thing with your whole hand. My first three fingers kinda hold the riser in place and provide a little pressure, but I don't death grip the bow. They just keep the bow from leaving my hand. It took me a while to find my own form. One day I was messing with canting and it all fell in place. I know Fred Bear had a pretty good cant in his shot, same with Howard Hill. BTW don't be afraid to cozy up to your string. Some people want to get their face away from the string when they release. Just let it slide off the fingers and it won't take your nose off, LOL!!!
