Last fall I used my 46" Rodney Wright Stalker recurve, 53@27, 2020 shaft with a Magnus 2 broadhead for the buck.
The first doe was with my 60" Elburg Cherokee Magnum flatbow, 50@28, 2020 shaft with a Magnus 2 broadhead.
The 2nd doe was with my 56" Pronghorn flatbow, 45@26, 2020 shaft with a Magnus 2 broadhead.
Last year I shot my buck with my 62" Martin Hunter Recurve, 50@28, 35-55 carbon with a Bear Razorhead.
the doe was with my 52" Tiger Shrew flatbow. 56@27, 2016 with Zwickey Eskimo broadhead.
The year before both does were with my 46" Rodney Wright Stalker Recurve, 2016 with a Zwickey Eskimo broadhead.
that year was the first time I used the same bow all season.
I also shot deer with my KT-44 recurve (Kiko Tovar) and 48" Elburg Mite Flatbow. With the KT-44 I used bear razorheads and the Elburg Mite I used 190 grain Grizzlys on a 55-60 cedar.
I also shot a Tom with the KT-44 (2016)and the Elburg Mite (carbon), and a Red Fox with the KT-44. that was with a 2016 and Grizzly.
I just bought a Bear 48" Super Mag 55@28 for next fall.
I will find out this summer which shaft and broadhead I will use out of this bow.
any of my bows I can grab and they all hit the same spot, so Its no problem to switch while hunting.
The buck this year, Friday evening I was using my Elburg Mite and the bottom limb hit my wheelchair and made me miss. That was the end of using that bow for the season. The next day I was out there and shot the buck with my Rodney Wright Recurve.
