In my opinion , there was a different attitude towards the human body back then. It was a thing of beauty, the artwork you saw and the advertisements were in essence wholesome and beautiful. The ideals today have changed . If they are showing skin in an advertisement they are clearly doing it with the intent to make you believe it is sexual. Thats wrong. I think the ad from way back then is perfect, all natural, archery, just magnificent. but is it sexual? not in my opinion.  now look at the ads of today, they make everyone look like skanks on the prowel  |

You're so right, though. The model in the Bear ad is just looking like "hey, wanna shoot some 3-d"? Certainly, it's tailormade to catch the eye of the readership  But she's not posing like some cat in heat like the Martin Ads. Another thing Martin likes to do is pair up parts of the female anatomy with a bow. Go on the AT site and check out the "Traditional" ad by Martin.  |

Post Vietnam Era, free love and all that.. Besides that was pure raw beauty.. and not to mention the hottties of today have more plastic accessories than todays bows. |
