As an update...I sold that beautiful JD Berry (for a nice profit no less ). Everyone said start light, but it was just too light. I have on order a Morrison Cheyenne. www.morrisonarchery.com/

The Osage/Macasser riser pic is below. It will have 50 lb. Foam Core Limbs, pine cone carving on the grip, antler limb bolts (pic below) and Copperhead skins on the limbs. I am pulling out all the stops, but it should be a real beauty and I really wanted one to pass down to my kids.





Of course, I ordered it before I found out about the group hunt, now I am broke. Will take about 3 months to be finished...well worth the wait.

I havent been shooting as much as I would like to, need a new target as I am now shooting through the old one lol. When I do get out to shoot at my inlaws, things are going ok, when I get to shoot some more I can find out if its the new bow and walk back tune it, or if the not as pin point as I would like is me (which I do believe to be the case)

:)I'm shooting every day and loving it! shooting into a corner with a back stop but I guess it's not good enough had buddy next door come and gave me back an arrow Turns out it went through all my stops and ended in his yard! ooppps!!!!!!!!!!!
going to build a plywood wall in the morning, sort of made me think bit.( a whole LOT!)

Been shooting almost every day while I am home. Most of my shooting has been at 10 yards. Getting a little more consistent.

April was realy bad for me and shooting. I hope to back into the swing of it now that things have slowed down. I even hope to get that back yard shooting started this week.

I was shooting pretty heavy until March came and I just haven't had the time. I got to the point where I was getting about 2-3" groups at 10 yards. Of course they weren't where I was aiming, but I figure get the groups first (consistent anchor, release, etc) and then figure out how to move the group.
Saturday is the last day for Turkey so after that I plan to get back on it.

I shoot at least two to three times a week bare min. Everyday if I get the chance. This weekend I tried stalking a few ground hawgs but was unable to seal the deal until I switched to the Synergy. I'm pretty confident at 15 yards and so so at 20. So I have a special stand in mind that shots are usually 10 yards or less.
