has anyone ever had a spitfire open during flight? I've been told lately that nap tested the spitfire with a exomax crossbow and had inconclusive results,, it worries me a bit. i haven't really noticed any flight deviations other then the odd (i must of flinched shot that missed the target)
Would adding a o-ring be an inssurance or a nuissance, any info and help would be appreciated..

I have never seen it happen and I shot them for three years @ 327fps. NAP recommends against O-Rings on the Spitfire and I would follow that recommendation myself I would not be concerned if that is what you want to know. You might also consider the 7/8" Sonic for your Crossbow since there would be no worry at all if it gave you good flight. The Turbo from Barrie shot very well @ 320 out of the Crossbow as well.
