Here is a link for one option for Prince William Sound blacktails. I have never used them but I have heard some good things about them. I know the lady with the buck in the sidebar and she enjoyed her trip with them. The boat option is a good way to go as you do not have to worry about camping gear and you are mobile. Also if you go middle to late Nov. the days are pretty short 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Makes for a long night setting in a tent.
