Down to the Bone DVD

Just thought I'd mention this one... If you have been looking for instructions on how to bone out your elk in the field, rather than packing all those bones out, this DVD is for you! It is available through the Colorado Division of Wildlife. I got to review this one last night while over at Kevins, and we both agree that this is worth watching. They have two guys zip the meat off the bone following a kill, and they give enough comentary along the way that we think most will find it very helpful.

Sounds like a good DVD to have for those who have never had to do a process such as this.

This is what I had in mind for the DVD this year but I didn't have the deer to operate with.
