Looking good around here, should be a good weekend. It'll be nice to hunt everyday and not just 2 afternoons a week!

I was out shooting yesterday and today and I am smoking! I have only been shooting 1 arrow "groups" because I want to save arrows for hunting and you only need one shot to count. I have been hitting withing an inch of all my previous holes in the exact spot I have been aiming at ................out to 45yds! I'm even killing them at unknown ranges, which is good 'cause I gave my father my rangefinder for the week.
On a side note that Rhinehart buck that BT has, the one with the vitals, is awesome. I'm keeping mine for FP's only and it shows no wear at all, even though it has been getting hammered by 5 shooters everyday for the last 2 weeks.

All I got to say is "bring it on!"

well, off to hang stands on new property in NY and maybe catch a quick evening hunt in CT..........good luck out there guys.

I am the type who likes to do it alone and two people in an area of 30yrds creeps me out a bit.

I know that feeling BT. That's why I'm pretty amped about going without the boys toimorrow. Don't get me wrong, I love hunting with them. But after being shut out for the last two years, it's time to get some meat in the freezer. A lot easier to do without having to concentrate on them all day.
