New drop away???

The Ripcord and Ultra Rest were the two I considered this year. I went with the Ultra Rest. I does use a cord tied to the buss cable. I have always had concerns with them but had no problems in CO hunting elk or this season in MI for whitetails.

They make a less expensive version as well called the Hunter. It has a curved bracket much like the Cobra Diamond. At less than half the price, it has to be the best bargain on the market.

After reading my own post, I realized that I made it sound like I was refering to the Dropzone. I was refering to the Quad when I said that you sometimes never can tell. The Dropzone is awsome.
