A high quality string won't stretch and won't let the peep rotate.

A high quality string won't stretch and won't let the peep rotate. This is the truth. I have fought with peep twist from time to time. It has always beem on either factory strings, or junk custom strings. I am now using Vapor Trail strings, and have not had the least bit of peep rotation. I have also had very good luck with Winners Choice strings.

I shoot a bucknasty string, after about 50 shots it's settled in with no rotation.. and for the price these strings are awesome!! Winners choice, vapor trail are great strings also most bows come with alright string but now i just take them off and go with custom strings just for my peep rotation plus i've been hit with too much rubber tubing!!

I got rid of my peep and tubing and went with a ring style peep. I have the "No-Peep" that I tried to use last year and ended up having to take it off after getting my sight replaced just before season began. I really like this style of peep, but plan on getting the no-peep set up again and lose the peep sight all together.

I like the no peep but the fact that low light conditions work against it have kept me from doing so.

Go with the red dot scope and you can shoot in the dark!
